Corrections and sourced tips
If we have a fact wrong, or you can point us to a stronger source, we want to know, and we act on it. Every case file also carries a “What did we miss?” form at the bottom that goes straight to a human. Corroborated corrections become revisions, logged with their date on the Corrections page. We do not quietly overwrite the record.
